Our device will generate a segmented monitoring curve with several key points: first, look at point B in the curve, which is equivalent to the contact point, and when to make contact. Point A is the stronger point where the buckle engages, and the process of reaching point A from the beginning is equivalent to the process of the buckle engaging. The buckle is in a tightened state, and when it reaches point A, the buckle opens. After opening, the force decreases and then stabilizes. If it reaches a limit, the curve of the limit force will suddenly rise. So, we need to monitor the force at point B contact point. As mentioned earlier, if the force at the contact point is not properly aligned and the contact point force is too large, it will cause the pin pin to tilt; Secondly, what is the force required for the A point buckle to be in place. This point is used to confirm whether the buckle is in a tight state. We not only look at force, but also at displacement. We are not looking at displacement here, but at the displacement difference between the contact positions of point A and point B. The displacement difference and pin structure design correspond one-to-one. Normally, the design of my structure is the depth from the bottom of the pin pin to a certain position in the middle, which is exactly the distance it clicks into place, so I need to monitor the difference between these two displacements. Only when we confirm that these two forces match and the displacement matches, can we believe that the buckle is truly in place. It is not to say that there is a foreign object in the stronger position, or that there is a stronger force generated by tilting and pressing. In traditional situations, we may use PLC to achieve this.
